I have been using coconut oil as a moisturizer for my face and body, and my skin has never felt better!

I wash my face with this face wash by Peter Thomas Roth and I seriously cannot go a night without using it.

After washing my face with this I put coconut oil all over my face as my nightly moisturizer.

This specific coconut oil is made for skin & hair.

Best meal of the day

breakfast.
Said to be the most important meal of the day. Yet, people go without eating it every single morning! If you're like me, then skipping breakfast is just never an option. I love breakfast foods. (Especially the sweet ones) So since I love breakfast so much, I've been doing a search on meals that are not only healthy and tasty, but also going to fill me up and give me energy.
I saw a couple recipes on Pinterest, and took some of those ideas and made my own recipe.
Here you go lovelies.

Chia & Banana Oatmeal.

Seriously thee most delicious/healthy meal!
Here is the recipe for you all to try it yourself..

Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oatmeal
1 1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 banana slices (more depending on how much you like bananas)
1 tbsp. stevia
Handful of Chia seeds (these are my favorite part, so I put a lot on)
Sprinkle of brown sugar

Steps:
Heat stove top to medium heat and add almond milk into a saucepan. Once the milk begins to boil, add in the steel cut oats (any type of oats will work). Then add the honey & stevia, and mix it into the oatmeal. Continue stirring, until the oats are your desired texture. Pour into bowl and add the sliced bananas on top of the oatmeal. Sprinkle the brown sugar and chia seeds all over. (Then I sometimes add a tiny bit of whipped cream on top, as pictured)

...and wallah!
You've got a yummy breakfast.
