Spring Fever!

I've got Spring Fever.

Spring is one of my favorite seasons. Especially because the weather is warming up, and it means Summer is just around the corner. YAY! I about a month ago got a color melt over my brown hair, and I loved it, so I decided to go a little bit further and color my hair even lighter! AND...although it took some getting used to for a couple of hours, I absolutely love it! I have had brown hair for so long, and so its nice having a bit of a change now with it being lighter. I will definitely consider going even lighter again too. 

ANYWAY, here is a picture from a shoot I did today. I am wearing a white Spring dress, that is perfect for this time of year, and is simple which I like. Although colorful dresses are fun, I feel like simple is always prettier. The website I ordered it from, have SO MANY cute dresses to choose from. OOTD 3.14.14

finally.
it is getting warmer, sunnier, greener, happier, and spring is just around the corner.

I love Spring. But I dislike the transition from winter to warm weather..Its to cold to wear shorts, and short dresses; yet to warm to wear cozy sweaters, and boots. So deciding on what to wear can get difficult. My advice is to wear light colored skinny jeans, and simple t-shirts and pair it with a light cardigan or in my case today a super cute KIMONO. Kimonos are so hott right now! I love this one (that I borrowed from my lovely sister).

OOTD: Zara Pants

ZARA.
One of my most favorite places to shop. 
Unfortunately, we don't have a Zara in Utah (YET), so I resort to online shopping to order my favorite things. I have many pairs of Zara Trousers & Jeans, and honestly I haven't found any other place that has pants that even compare to Zara's! Go check em out! ZARA

Washington Weekend

SEATTTTTTTLE.
Flew to my loves home state for the weekend. 
Colten was working the majority of the time, but I did get to spend a few hours with him after he was finished each night. I definitely had an amazing time getting closer, and having fun with his family.
Colten was working in downtown Seattle, and I was off just out of the city staying at his parents house. I had a seriously fun time. We went on a water front walk next to the ocean, an improv comedy show, and a mash up of Circ de Sole/Burlesque styled dinner show. The show was called Teatro Zinzanni!!! It was so fun, not to mention Colten's brother proposed to his girlfriend during the show too. It definitely was a night to remember. 
I did go into the city during one of the days while Colten was off working. And I had such a fabulous time shopping, and exploring. Although it was pouring rain, and so getting around was a little bit difficult, and very slowwww paced. I would stay in coffee shops, and cafes waiting for the rain to slow before I could even walk around.

Life is so much better when you're happy. I try my best to be happy and to find joy in everything, no matter how small. I honestly take so many photos of random things, and my Iphone is full of food photos, and travel photos, and seriously just about everything beautiful I see...haha
