Make up Favorites!

just a few of my latest and most favorite makeup.
Makeup stores are like candy stores for woman...although even us girls like candy stores, especially if there is a lot of chocolate. Anyway, here are some of my recent favorites out of my makeup collection.

1. Naked 3 Palette: This eye shadow palette from Urban Decay is so unique! The colors are very different from the previous Urban Decay Naked Palettes. The colors are more pink and they look great with any eye color! Go pick it up at any Ulta or Sephora!

2. Nars Laguna Bronzing Powder: Freaking LOVE this bronzer! It doesn't make you look orange, and it is especially good in the Summer. It has lasted me almost a year too. Go get it at Sephora!!

3. Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Powder: I have always used and liked MACs face powders. They have enough coverage, but it doesn't feel like you're caking on makeup. Buy it here MAC.

4. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder duo: If you're looking for ANYTHING to do with eyebrows, you need to buy from Anastasia Beverly Hills. This stuff is magic, and comes with two different colors. Go get it from Sephora.

5. Mac 'Peaches' Blush: This blush color is the best! It has a peachy tint, and looks good whether your tan or not! Go get it and try it for yourself MAC.

6. Make up Forever HD: This brand is AMAZING, I also use there liquid foundation, and I seriously love this powder too. Especially when I am wanting a more natural make up look. Go get it and check out there other products too! Makeup Forever!

7. Tarte Mascara: Lights, cameras, flashes mascara! The best mascara ever! It is the next best thing next to false lashes. Go try this mascara out asap Tarte!!!

Love you all and have fun trying out all these products!

Latest Obsession

SHOES.
They are my new favorite thing to buy right now.
I normally order my shoes online, because I feel like most times you can get a much better deal, and the options are endless!!! I recently bought some new shoes online from Macys and I absolutely love them!

STEVE MADDEN BOOTIES:
I bought these shoes a few weeks ago online and I absolutely love . Steve Madden is one of my favorite brands of shoes. I seriously own an insane amount of heels and boots from them. These booties in particular are the perfect boot for the transition from Winter to Spring.

 JESSICA SIMPSON FLATS:
I recently got these shoes as well from Macys. I dont have very many flats and decided that I needed to find a cute pair that I would actually want to wear. These shoes are SO cute and they come in a variety of colors. Go get them now! They are on sale!

New Hair!

After going back and forth every single year from an ombre in the Summer, then to dark brown in the Winter, I finally decided that I'm going to go completely light this year. Yep. 100% blonde. I know that for the past five to six years I've been known to everyone as a brunette (and naturally am), but I actually was born with blonde hair, and had blonde hair up until eighth grade. So my friends and family who knew me back then, did once know me as a blonde. I just realized that hair can be changed so easy! Why not experiment with it and have a little fun, instead of playing it safe all of the time.
I recently had my sister who is a cosmetologist do a color melt on my hair, so I can slowly take it to a lighter color. Here are the results!

Panama City Beach, Florida

I am posting this post a little late, but here it goes.
PANAMA CITY BEACH; FLORIDA!
After visiting Ozark, Alabama. My parents and I decided to drive south to the beach in Florida. It was only about an hour and a half drive, and honestly even if it was a four hour drive it would have been worth it to see the beach for me! I just really truly love the ocean....who doesn't!?
We went to a beach, that also is a state park. As you drive in towards the beach you also pass small swamps called "Alligator Territory". It was surreal, and felt so exotic and exciting knowing you may come in contact with an Alligator! For some reason they have never scared me, not sure why, instead I find them pretty fascinating! Here are some pictures of the swamp land-alligator territory.

We spent a little while here, before heading to the beach! It was such a perfect "Winter" day ha! We then enjoyed the sun and just lounged out in the sand. It wasn't warm enough to get into the water, otherwise I would have jumped in. Here are some beach pictures to make you all envious, and want to go somewhere warm!

Everyone go travel and be inspired somewhere! Whether its across the country, or across the world. We live on a place where there is beauty everywhere, we just have to go out and find it.

Family Trip

I love to travel..
no matter where that may be.
I recently went on a trip with my parents to the small southern town of Ozark, Alabama. Although it doesn't sound like it would be that interesting of a place, it is actually really beautiful there.
My great aunt Rachel lives in a beautiful quaint house on a very large old plantation property. This property is breathtakingly amazing. There are colossal trees stretched over the acres, and a beautiful pond that reflects the skies off its water. Its an extremely relaxing place to be.

Yummiest Pancakes!

Alright.
Breakfast really is my favorite meal.
So since I love it so much, I've been coming up with some of my own recipes to make it better, different, and a little healthier.

This breakfast recipe is for Oat Flour Pancakes
This breakfast is not only Gluten Free, but also the pancake itself has zero sugar!

Recipe:
(for two)
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 oats
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. coconut oil
3 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar)

Blend the ingredients together in a bowl until blended completely.
Turn your stove on medium heat and instead of using cooking spray or butter, I melt coconut oil on the pan. Pour the desired mix into the center of the pan and let it spread out into the circle. Then flip the pancake, so it can cook evenly on both sides.
And wallah!

For on top:
For this particular pancake, I put raw maple syrup, banana slices, chia seeds, almond butter, and home-made whipped cream.
You can really change up the toppings however you prefer!
Hope you like this recipe.
