City love.

This weekend I had the opportunity to travel to Seattle with my man for his work. Not only is he here on business but he is from Washington, which means we have an excuse to visit here as much as possible (I'm not complaining).
I adore this city, from the rich culture to the amazing shopping stores on every corner. There is always so much going on here and just walking the streets is exciting and entertaining. There are so many bakeries with decadent pastries glimmering in the windows, and things are even more cheery now that the holidays are just around the corner.
Me and my love walked down to Pikes Place Market that near the ocean front. If you've ever seen those history/travel shows where they are in a large market throwing fish to customers that's Pikes Place! It has such a rich history in Seattle and has been around for a very long time. They have open markets of exotic fruits and amazing cheeses and breads made fresh. Its a dream and I beg my man to take me there every time we are in the city. Here is a picture of it in the early nineteenth century.

Now.

While in Pikes Place we stopped at this extremely authentic french bakery called Le Panier. I looked it up online because I was craving Macaroons and all the reviews said this place made the best! So we took a walk down to Pikes and enjoyed some amazing desserts together.

Bought these cool gloves at Target, after realizing how ice cold the
air is in Seattle. I'm used to the dry cold in Utah, but here its a humid cold and that is WAY worse. So go pick up these cute gloves to stay warm this winter...but also still be able to use your phone in these.

HEAVEN.

Love.

Ill post more as the weekend comes to a close.
Xo. From the city I love.
