Home.

I'm home. Flew in on a jet plane this morning. I had an absolute amazing weekend in Seattle. Colten worked a lot but I actually loved getting to explore the city on my own...although it was always so much more fun when I had him with me. I love the city, but I love the suburbs and country-side too. The city to me, is an exciting place to visit and shop, and maybe stay a couple days in...but its so much more wonderful going home to the quiet and less intense home of mine. I do love where Colten's house in Seattle is also. Its next to this really pretty small lake, called Lake Geneva. This morning when I woke up there was fog clouding the tall trees surrounding the lake and it looked so mystifying-ly gorgeous. I didn't take a picture though.....but I do have pictures of the view from his house I took earlier in the year. Here

So beautiful right?

Alright...anyways back to THIS last weekend. So I took plenty of photos in Seattle, I just want to share some of them with you and maybe a little commentary of why I took the picture or what was happening around me. Lets begin!

Only thing that kept me warm.

Yellow.

Pikes.
My man and his city. Honestly. I couldn't love anyone more than this man right here.
He is my best friend, and I'm lucky to also be dating the funniest and most handsome guy I know too. So many moments are spent relentlessly laughing and having the time of my life with him.
Home really is wherever he is.
